2. Services

Magic of Desert SARL offers guided camel treks, round trips throughout Morocco, transport services, and overnight stays in desert camps. The exact services included are outlined in the respective offers.

3. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit of 30% of the total amount is due at the time of booking (via PayPal).
  • 14 days before the trip, an additional 20% must be paid (via PayPal).
  • The remaining 50% is payable in cash upon arrival.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 21 days before departure: Free cancellation with full refund of the deposit.
  • 20 to 14 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee (deposit non-refundable).
  • 13 to 7 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee, remaining 20% to be paid via PayPal.
  • 6 to 2 days before departure: 80% cancellation fee, remaining 50% to be paid via PayPal.
  • From 48 hours before departure or no-show: 100% cancellation fee.

The cancellation fee must be paid within 7 days via PayPal.

5. Liability & Insurance

  • Participation in tours is at the guest’s own risk.
  • Magic of Desert SARL assumes no liability for injuries, losses, or damages during the trip.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing international travel health insurance.
  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and must follow the guides’ instructions.

6. Camp & Tour Conditions

  • Trekking Tours: Minimum age is 14 years. Participation only in good physical condition. People with serious back problems or heart/circulatory issues are advised not to participate.
  • Camp Rules:
    • Quiet hours start at midnight to ensure all guests can rest.
    • Out of respect for local culture, alcohol consumption is not allowed in the camp or during treks.
    • Environmental awareness: Do not leave trash in the desert and use water sparingly.

7. Final Provisions

By booking a service, the guest agrees to these terms and conditions. Jurisdiction is in Morocco.
